Advising, Mentoring, and Career Development:

- I have offered graduate students an opportunity to be a part of a non-profit summit, #KotaDay2015, as participant-facilitators and communication experts:

- In addition to official student advisement, I have consulted some 50 students regarding their careers and future studies, and written recommendations for them.

- I have organized field trips, for example to Democracy NOW!, an independent news organization, that is looking for communications arts interns for journalism and social media tasks.
