~ To be rated as an expert agent, you must have the following in your Agent’s Handbook AND in your Letter to the Client:
Agent’s Handbook:
1) Accurate notes for each of your 3 clients (in tab 3, tab 4, and tab 5), with all of these 5 elements:
- What I need to find
- Data collection
- Plan
- Solve
- Check
2) Glossary with all 7 vocabulary words defined, and all 7 vocabulary words given examples
3) All notes in the handbook are neat and organized to be easily read from
Letter to the Client:
1) A clear topic sentence to explain why you are writing your letter
2) The division problem you solved for your client (from tab 3, 4, or 5 of your handbook), with many concrete details and facts to explain what you did
3) 4 or more linking words
4) 6-7 of the vocabulary words from the glossary section of your Agent’s Handbook
5) A strong and clear concluding statement
