Learn the way ahead to gain a better understanding of the President's Vision
Learn the President's priorities
Dean of Students
Learn the challenges the students face.
Learn inexpensive lessons from the Dean of Students that other coaches have experienced
Academic Dean
Learn the focus of the Dean and how I can work within the Dean’s system to ensure the players are maximizing their collegiate experience.
Athletic Support Staff
General Introduction and identify areas of mutual interest
Other Sport Coaches
Introduce myself and pick the minds of coaches for any helpful information, begin to build mutually beneficial relationships
Team coaches
Introduce myself
Learn about them as individuals, e.g. family
Learn their personal and professional desires
Learn their individual areas of expertise
Learn what we need to sustain
Learn what we need to change
Learn about the dynamics within the team
