On 16 June 2012, at the Royal Theater in Madrid, the ceremony was awarded to Latin American masters with a recognized trajectory in the world of art, this tribute was awarded to one artist per country with the highest merits To a whole life of artistic creation. Among the artists who received this official appointment as the artists representing the Bicentennial of the Supreme Court of Spain on behalf of their countries we have: José Luis Cuevas (México), Omar de León Lacayo (Nicaragua), Fernando de Sziszlo (Perú), Osvaldo Vigas(Venezuela), Rafael García ( Costa Rica), Mónica Sarmiento Castillo (Ecuador), Carlos Colombino (Paraguay), Carlos Cañas (El Salvador), Don Archer (USA), José María Yturralde (España), Leopoldo Maler (Argentina), Antonio Samudio, (Colombia), Enrique Ubieta (Cuba), Rosa Távarez (Republica Dominicana), Luis Hernández Cruz (Puerto Rico), Olga Sinclair (Panamá), Luis Zelveti (Bolivia), Miguel Herrera Zorrila (Uruguay), Julio Villani (Brasil).
